i had my period a week & 1/2 ago & im not sexually active & the discharge is clear and soaks my underwear.what does this mean?
& i also had a little cramps.

No need to panic you are totally fine thats natural now if your discharge was yellow or some other color and had a smell then you would have to be worried but other than that you good
