The parent company and the subsidiary company are facing the sea of stars, shouldering their missions and being ambitious, and are about to embark on a new journey.
At the launch meeting, the Strategic Investment Department of the Headquarters gave a detailed presentation on the company's overall goals, main plan arrangements, work contents, responsibilities, and division of work during the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan," and clarified the "five items" of the planning. It put forward the requirements of "five attentions" and pointed out that strategic planning is a guide for companies to formulate long-term development goals and put them into practice. Two-tier companies should "jointly seek", " "Conscientiously seek first" and "adequately plan" to establish a vision, set goals and find measures for the development of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan".
In response to the requirements of the planning work, each subsidiary stated that it would effectively conduct the "14th Five-Year Plan" demonstration on the basis of summing up the achievements and shortcomings of the "13th Five-Year Plan" and effectively guide the development and construction of enterprises.
Company leaders reviewed the completion of the "Twelfth Five-Year" and "Thirteen-Five Years" planning work, and emphasized that all units must carefully summarize their experience, and under the current situation and requirements, thoroughly consider the missions and responsibilities of aerospace companies. The 4th Five-Year Plan further identified the development orientation. The company requires relevant personnel involved in the preparation of the plan to adhere to a high degree of integration of planning and user needs, use data analysis as the core method, identify the benchmarking enterprise, make good use of sufficient analysis tools, and carry out high-quality planning work.
