Orange vaginal discharge??

Hi! I need some help.. My boobs have been sore for nearly two weeks now, I’ve had occasional very light cramping and today when I went to the restroom I have orange discharge in my panties and a little on toilet paper when I wiped. I have no insurance :( my periods are very irregular so that means nothing. It’s very light orange like color of orange peel and has no smell. Anyone been through this or know wat it could be??? What did ur dr say?? I’m sooo scared!
