Itchy vagina, but it is not a yeast infection?

Inside my vagina lips and around the hole it is very itchy. However, there is NO odor, NO discharge, NO bumps…nothing out of the ordinary. Just itching. I took an at home yeast infection test and it said i DID NOT have an infection. What could it be??

It could be a bacterial infection or just a simple case of irritation. You can try using some vagisil on the outer parts but if it feels worse in a day or two, go see your gynecologist for proper evaluation and treatment. If it turns out to be a bacterial infection you will be given antibiotics to help clear it up.
