Is this a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis?

I’ve previously experienced both yeast infection and bacterial vaginosis. In the past, I’ve gone to my gynecologist, given symptoms, been tested, and sent on my way with medication. Since then, I have usually been able to easily tell the difference, diagnose myself, and get some sort of over-the-counter treatment. I’m having a real hard time figuring out which one it is this time. My symptoms include thick, white vaginal discharge (but not like cottage cheese), no odor, no itching, slight vaginal tenderness. I’ve always had itchiness with my yeast infections so it seems out-of-character this time. FYI, I will go to my doctor if I cannot figure this out in the next couple of days, but I was just wondering in the meantime if anyone had an answer because these symptoms are not exactly cut and dry. Thank you for all your help!
I do not have any STDs. I have been tested so I know for sure I do not. But I am sexually active.
Also, how much are the yeast infection test strips?
Well, that was a surprise.
I went to the doctor this afternoon and I have a bladder infection. Go figure.
And btw, thanks for stating the obvious Larkin L. I already said I know the symptoms of both.

Well, the big question here is, could you have acquired a sexually transmitted disease? If not a factor, then most likely it is bacterial vaginosis (BV).
