Ok, well, I am going to tell you…Drink Cranberry Juice (make sure it is 100% juice), and drink it like water…Eat foods that are low in yeast, but high in acidophillus (found in yogurt), and wash your pee-pee with odorless (no fragrance) body wash. Also, Vagisil makes feminine cleansing cloths to help wash away all the nasties, and it will give that cooch a better, healthier smell…Don’t overload on garlic, or sweets, because that can make your vagina stink to where even YOU can’t stand it…If you have done all this and it still lingers, go to your OB/GYN…Oh, and one more thing…sleep in a light cotton nighty, and go commando beneath your nighty to air out your funk, so to speak…Don’t douche, and don’t rub it if it is red, use some vagisil anti itch and burn cream…It will take away the itch, the burn, and it will smell nice…Yes, it is common for some women to have a red vulva during a yeast infection…It is your body’s way of alerting you that something is wrong down there….Take care of your vagina, and do as I said, and you should be fine…No sex till it heals…And plenty of rest will help too…Hope this helps…
