I have been getting a lot of vaginal discharge?

It’s not infected or anything, it’s clear and normal. It’s just I can’t go about my day without putting toilet paper in my underwear or else it will get on my underwear.

It’s really annoying, is there any way to stop or lessen it?

It’s just telling you that your period is near. If it bothers, just wear pantiliners. It’s just a sign. Nothing wrong.
