    I really don't know what bv is but what you really should is call your doctor and ask the question. Don't be embarrassed. As my grandmother used to say "Better be safe than sorry." Your future health may depend on the answer to the question. CALL.

    It is very strange that while double checking online I found that you should not drink alcohol until 3 days after your treatment is complete, yet absolutely nothing about how long to wait to have sex. Personally, I wait until I have completed treatment. Then it depends on how I feel.

    2 wks if you're on Antibiotics. infection should be gone by then. and if you cant wait till then, use a condom.
