fishy smell but its not Bacterial Vaginosis..?

I started getting a fishy smell about a month ago and I assumed it was BV (bacterial vaginosis) my assumption was correct. My doctor tested me and I had it. I am also pregnant so it was good that I got rid of it cause it can cause pre-term labor. I got tested 2 weeks later because I still had a fishy smell. She tested me and said theres nothing there. Why is there still a fishy smell…? I do not have an STD, cause first off your tested when they confirm your pregnancy and ive been with my partner this whole time. thanks!
but if its from him it would obviously be given to me and would show up when I get tested….correct??

    look into the when the fishy smell appears, especially if it is after sex then get your partner to get tested
