When i went back they gave me 4 pills of Azithromycin which i drank there at the clinic and they also told me i had bacterial vaginosis, im just wondering if the pills for bacterial vaginosis stop the effect the other ones.
The same day i drank the pills for chlamydia i was given the ones to treat the bacterial vaginosis.

i use unscented soap, but i am very fond of taking baths and sometimes i stay in the bath for over 2 hours, and i’m told this can lead to yeast infections…?

i don’t know what’s up, but i have had a horrible odor like that of fish for the past 3 days or so.
discharge is not unusual for me, and is usually white and in small amounts.
but i have also been very itchy, mostly near the opening of my vagina.
i used a hand-held mirror today, and i could see what looks like could be a small bump on my vulva (near the perineum) which is a little itchy.
also, when i looked a little closer, the left labia minora is slightly inflamed and the beginnings of the left vaginal wall are much harder and thicker than the right.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME.

At first I thought it was just because I was ovulating, but the discharge is too dry for that to be the case. I have had sex after the symptoms began without any pain whatsoever. It also does not hurt when I use the bathroom. I am fairly positive it is not a yeast infection, as there is no burning, smell, or very excessive itching.

After I wake up I take a shower and usually the discharge stays away for a few hours and comes back as the day progresses. I have also been using lotion down there after I shave- is it possible that some of it rubs off onto my underwear and is causing this?

No. I am not a runner or very active. I walk my 2 dogs when the weather is nice. I live towards the thumb area in Michigan. 6 years ago I was hit in a bad accident (not my fault) I had multiple surgeries in 27 months (last one 2009). My ENTIRE NECK is fused with a 4" titanuim plate w/ 6 screws. My left hip, was fractured very bad in several places, so they replaced it & the good bone that was left they put in my neck. Had 2 reconstructive shoulder surgeries which left my right arm 80% useless. Its physically impossible for me to lift or raise my arm because my deltiod is spilt in two. This has gone on pretty much since. I have had MOUNTIANS of tests & I’m HEALTHY. Sometimes it is just a water discharge, other times it’s accompanied by a thick, white-ish discharge. It sounds like a bacterial vaginosis, but it doesn’t completely fit.
Also, would there be any harm to my reproductive system if this continues on? I don’t know how long it will be until I can afford to go to the doctor.
There is not a foul or fishy scent to it. I forgot to include that.
