    straight chlorine will burn.
    but diluted in water (such as a swimming pool), no, you cant.
    so skinny dipping is perfectly safe as long as you dont get caught! ;)

    If your talking about a urinary track infection, then yes, I think so. I know someone who had a UTI that came on about a week or less after swimming in a pool.
    Her doc. said it could be from the chlorine.

    I think so. Pools are very germy, chlorine or not. I went swimming a few months ago and a few days to a week later I got an infection.
