Bacterial Vaginosis Relief?

i don’t really want to pay for the book Bacterial Vaginosis Relief, so i was hoping if anyone already has it can you tell me what the 3 steps are ? please, and thanks a lot :]
Btw if anyone knows a good way to get rid of BV naturally that will help too ! i want it from someone that has did it before. Btw here are my symptoms; discusting smell, irritation, slight discharge. Please help? i just dont want to take pills, btw if u tell me something to do like inserting something in my vagina, just tell me step by step what to do, im scared of messing up :p

    Not sure, but I will tell you how to treat it. Just unpeel a clove of garlic, take a needle and thread and knot it through, then scratch a liitle on the garlic, and insert it in your vagina like a tampon. I was a little skeptic about it at first, but I tried it last night and today I had NO SYMPTOMS!!! I also know that you’re not supposed to wear nylon or douche or wash yourself with scented soaps. Also, try to wear lose cotton panties, and wipe yourself from the front back.
