Awkward vaginal discharge?

i have this weird discharge like all the time, i have to constantly change my underwear. it's most irritating when i am doing long distance runs, then when I'm done i realize my under wear is wet and it stinks. the discharge is like clear and slimy .is there anything wrong with me? and anyways i can stop? i do discharge a lot before periods but i get it all the time now, constantly. it has been going on for about 4 months.

    If it's clear you should be fine. It's probably normal. discharge varies throughout life.

    Its normal.
    It usually means you just need to drink LOTS more water.

    Like the posted before me has already said – if it's clear, it wouldn't be an infection. Although if it smells nasty, and more than normal you should pop to see your doctor as you may have a yeast infection, like thrush. These are easy to treated with creams etc.

    Discharge before your period is part of your ovualtion cycle and complely normal.

    as it is clear, it doesn't seem to be too bad, but if its happening for 4 months straight and annoying and itching you, id see a doctor about it
